THE FITNESS STRONG CLASS
ARE YOU READY?
You train, you’ve got your basic strength movements down and your progressing to the next level, but things are getting a bit repetitive and the energy and passion are touch low…
Introduce STRONG at Grind Hard Fitness to your program!
STRONG class will throw in some new dynamics, that’s for sure.
At STRONG class you will be in a small group (10 max) and will be coached through a strongman/woman style workout.
This means you get to play with all the funky, crazy and novelty toys and there is no prerequisite to take part in this class as long as you are proficient in squat, deadlift and can overhead press. You do not have to be the incredible hulk, to join in.
THE AIM IS TO GET YOU STRONG, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ALREADY BE STRONG
You will be coached step by step though the session. Starting off using specific mobility and activation work to set your body up for a successful session and to nurture niggles. You will then move on to being coached and instructed on the technical aspects of the movement and events being covered and you will be put to work to give your best effort to nail these taxing events.
STRONG training is extremely functional and has a fantastic carry over to not only daily life but many other sports. Across the globe in elite performance facilities, strongman/woman training and its varients, are being used to optimise and develop top level athletes across many sports. This is due to its practical and functional aspects. It builds and tests robustness and stability, two major factors in performance and injury prevention.
