Mayhem, no room, chaos, people chatting shit, no coaching cues and horrific form…. Welcome to 99% of “fitness” classes.

Not at our SHRED class!!!!

All classes are limited to 10 people maximum!! This ensure that a coach has eyes on you at all times. You will be helped with form and exercise execution so that you are getting the absolute best and most from each and every class you attend. The aim of the class is explained at every session and exercise selection is appropriate for all levels so that the chance of doing things wrong is incredibly low. In turn this allows you to put in a higher level of effort and do some serious damage in terms of calorie burning whilst actually improving technique, building stability and strength so you can progress on to more advance movements and variations as your body starts to change to avoid results stagnating.

In SHRED we concentrate on using different energy systems to increase your base level fitness and burn some serious calories. The class is broken down in to sections with decent rest between each section… However, each section maybe be “simple” in terms of technicality and movement patterns, but, you are encouraged to attack each section with everything you can throw at it.

The reason we get such good results is not what we do, its the way we perform things at Grind Hard. The mentality and technique that is enforced in our facility WILL build you in to a different beast entirely.
