Chris is professional and extremely knowledgable. I feel at ease if I have a question or I’m not sure on a movement. Recently I was hospitalised and Chris knew exactly what to do when I returned to training and what not to do! He changed my programme to keep it suitable for me and my recovering body. 100% the best.
The only trainer that has ever managed to make me attend more than the first two lessons of a fitness course, I could already see progress by week 2 of shredded in 6.
