Grind hard fitness offers a structured 6 week program to shed as much stored body fat as possible using a training and nutritional method structured by coach Chris McClarence.

The structure-

Clients will be placed in a small group of 4 maximum with everyone having the same objective – shred!!! The group will meet for an initial consultation where the plan will be laid out and a Q&A will take place. Everyone will be familiarised with each other as well as all of the necessary information for the weeks ahead.

The group will attend 3 classes per week at set times which will be aimed at boosting metabolic rate (how fast the body processes fuel) building functional strength, power output and increasing levels of conditioning which WILL result in LOSING STORED BODY FAT NOT JUST WEIGHT!!!!

Each client will have their tailored calorie allowance and macronutrients set out for them in an easy to follow format which will be closely monitored by coach Chris, and evaluated weekly to ensure the top results. The group will be allocated time on the day which they have their body composition tested to discuss progress or problems, this creates a great learning environment and will leave you with a positive eating pattern to BURN FAT PERMANENTLY.
